After two days off of work, I'm starting to feel human again. Needless to say, working out hasn't really been an option and I'm less than thrilled about it. My energy is coming back today, but I'm still pretty congested and deep breaths send me into fits of coughing. Not exactly the picture of health. I'm bummed because I need to use every bit of training time this month to get up to speed, but I know that I'm better off taking it easy and trying to heal. The silver lining is that I seem to be kicking this thing pretty quickly (knock on wood), so maybe I can work out again starting this weekend. Here's hoping!
