Modified Plan

Yesterday was supposed to be a trainer day.  I hopped on after work all excited and OUCH!! My poor butt is not used to being on the bike seat this often.  I decided to suck it up and see if it would go numb.  I made it 15 minutes before I couldn't take the pain anymore.  I could barely sit, let alone lean forward to the proper position.  Frankly, it wasn't worth it if I couldn't ride properly.  So, yesterday became a rest day.  My plan for the rest of the week is as follows:

Today - Run 40 min
Tomorrow - Swim before work
Saturday - Long trainer ride (at least 60 min). Hopefully I'll be able to tolerate the saddle by then!
Sunday - Long run (6-7 miles)
